INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES 
 

(THOSE WHO HAVE CONFIRMED THEIR ADMISSIONS TO COLLEGES ALLOTTED IN ROUND I AND NOW ALLOTTED COLLEGE OF HIGHER CHOICE) 

    1. Since you are allotted College of your Better Choice in Round 2, you have to vacate the seat you have already confirmed and move to the college allotted in Round II.
 
    1. All the Colleges will refund the TOTAL Fees collected from the student (Without any Deductions) to the student who has confirmed admission in Round 1 but have been allocated new college by virture of student's merit and vacancy available. In case of any grievance, please contact admin.masa@gmail.com or the MASA Competent Authority
 
    1. You are now required to report to the college allotted to you in Round II,  pay the fees and submit the allotment certificate (Candidate Copy)  issued to you at the time of confirmation  of your first round admission along with the undertaking in the format given below to confirm the admission. Your earlier admission will automatically get cancelled. However, within 4 working days you will have to submit the original documents to the new college.

The candidates are required to report to the colleges allotted to them within the prescribed time limit along with the following documents – 
 
For all candidates

    1. Jr. College leaving certificate (Original)
    2. NATA Score card (Original)
    3. Qualifying examination Mark list (Original)
 

    B. Candidate who have passed Qualifying examination And/ or Std X examination from school out side State of Maharashtra shall carry either of the following documents in addition to above documents 
     

    1. Domicile certificate of Parent (Original)
    2. Transfer order (Original) (In case of parent being Central Govt/ Public sector undertaking / Statutory body employee - transferred to Maharashtra OR State Govt/State Govt undertaking employee posted out of Maharashtra)
 

    C. The candidates who have applied for reservation seats shall carry the following documents in addition to the documents mentioned under ‘A’ - 
     

    1. Caste Certificate (Original)
    2. Caste Validity Certificate (Original)
    3. Non-creamy layer Certificate (Original)  
 

    D. Candidates shall also carry with them Fees to be paid to the college in the form required by that college. 
     

The colleges on reporting shall collect the original documents and fees and issue to the candidate certificate cum receipt generated on reporting the candidate online stating receipt of the documents. For Fees paid separate receipt shall be issued by the college. (For Fees approved by ‘Shikshan Shulk Samiti’ please access DTE website http://www.dte.org.in/shikshan
 
All the admissions are provisional subject to issuing eligibility certificates by the affiliating university.
